It was another one of those take-your-breath-away moments.
After our jaunt to Primark this morning, we came back to the flats for a little bit before setting out for Westminster Abbey and Westminster Palace (also known as the houses of Parliament). We took the Tube to Westminster Station, as already mentioned, and showed ourselves around.
We took lots of pictures around Big Ben. Yes, we became those tourists who take pictures incessantly. No shame here. It was beautiful. The weather was a bit nicer than yesterday, though it drizzled this morning, and sometimes the sun even came out to say hello. The only downside was the wind. Brr. You can get gale-force gusts in some places.
